Potato accordion
Accordion Potato - An alternative to the traditional baked potato, it’s even faster to cook. During preparation for baking, potatoes can not even be peeled. Accordion can be served as an appetizer or side dish. Before baking, we used rosemary herbs.

How to cook potato accordion
Wash potatoes thoroughly, peel or leave unpeeled (optional). Every 2-3 millimeters, make cuts slightly beyond the center of the potato.
