Butter cookies
Today we will prepare butter cookies, which you can always use at the right time for you. If you decide to use this recipe for Christmas, we advise you to double the ingredients and decorate the cookies with various colored icings. The total cooking time for such wonderful butter cookies will take no more than 45 minutes.
Ingredients for Butter Cookies
Approximately for 25 pieces:
- 🍌 Butter - 90 g.
- 🍌 Sugar - 100 g.
- 🍌 Eggs - 1 pc.
- 🍌 Flour - 200 g.
- 🍌Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- 🍌 Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
- 🍌 Salt - 1 pinch
- 🍌Powdered Sugar
How to make butter cookies
Using a fork, grind the butter with sugar.
Mix in egg and vanilla essence, then add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Knead the dough, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Squeeze out the figures using your favorite molds.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown. Let cookies cool on a baking sheet, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
