Baked potatoes with cheese and onions - a wonderful second course for lovers of parmesan cheese and onions. If you add a little ham or sausage, your dish will be even more delicious. For those who do not like onions, it can be replaced with an extra layer of cheese, or other vegetables.;)
Ingredients for baked potatoes with cheese and onions
- 🥘 Potatoes - 600 g.
- 🥘 Onion - 300 g.
- 🥘 Parmesan cheese - 40 g.
- 🥘Salt
- 🥘Pepper
- 🥘Olive oil
How to cook potatoes baked with cheese and onions
Finely chop the onion and dry. Put in a frying pan with a little olive oil, salt a little, cover with a lid. Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat until the onion is soft.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices about half a centimeter.
Boil water and boil potatoes in it for 5-8 minutes. The potatoes should just soften up.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then put 2/3 of the potatoes, salt and pepper.
Add 3/4 onion.
Add the rest of the potatoes, salt and pepper. Brush with a little olive oil.
Add remaining onion and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in a fan oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
