Fried shrimp in breadcrumbs
This morning I cooked fried prawns in breadcrumbs on wooden skewers - it’s really delicious. Fried shrimp can be served as an appetizer or as a main course as an alternative to fried fish. You should know that olive oil is traditionally taken for frying shrimp.
Ingredients for fried shrimp in breadcrumbs
- 🍣 Raw shrimp - 500 grams
- 🍣Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- 🍣 Garlic - 1 clove
- 🍣Sage
- 🍣Mint
- 🍣Rosemary
- 🍣Salt
- 🍣Pepper
- 🍣Olive oil
How to cook fried shrimp in breadcrumbs
Chop the herbs and place on a plate along with the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix.
Wash shrimp and roll in breadcrumbs.
Thread shrimp onto wooden skewers.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and place the shrimp skewers in it, pouring a little olive oil on the surface.
Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
