Ingredients for salmon cheese soup

  • 🌽Water - 1 l.
  • 🌽 Potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • 🌽 Salmon - 300 g.
  • 🌽 Onion - 1 pc.
  • 🌽Olive oil - 10 ml
  • 🌽Carrot - 1 pc.
  • 🌽 Pine nuts - 3 tbsp. l.
  • 🌽 Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • 🌽 Salt - 1 tsp.
  • 🌽Processed cheese - 400 g.
  • 🌽 Fresh dill - 1 bunch

How to cook cheese soup with salmon

  • 🌽 Boil water in a saucepan, crumble melted cheese and mix well.
  • 🌽Add the diced potatoes to the pan and cook until half cooked.
  • 🌽 Cut the onion, grate the carrots and sauté in olive oil and add the peeled pine nuts.
  • 🌽 Add sautéing to the soup, followed by fish fillet.
  • 🌽 Add salt and pepper to the soup, let it boil and cook for another 5 minutes until the fish is ready.
  • 🌽 Add finely chopped dill to the soup. Mix and remove from fire.
  • 🌽Infuse the soup for five minutes and serve.
