Ingredients for champignon and potato soup

  • 🌽 Potatoes - 6-7 pcs. medium size
  • 🌽 Mushrooms - 300 g.
  • 🌽Water - 1.5 liters
  • 🌽Onion - 1 pc.
  • 🌽 Butter - 50 g.
  • 🌽 Cream 15% - 200 g.
  • 🌽 Greenery
  • 🌽Salt
  • 🌽Freshly ground black pepper

How to make champignon and potato soup

  • 🌽First, we put the water in, dip the peeled, quartered potatoes into it and cook until the potatoes are ready.
  • 🌽 Finely chop the onion, fry in drain oil until golden brown and add chopped champignons and a couple of tablespoons of water from potatoes, lightly fry.
  • 🌽When the potatoes are cooked, add fried onions and champignons to it, salt. We cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour the vegetable broth through a sieve into a separate saucepan. Puree the vegetables from the soup with a blender. Gradually add cream and broth. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
  • 🌽 Pour the hot soup into bowls, pepper and decorate with herbs.
