Ingredients for Potato Meatball Soup

  • 🌽 Minced meat (pork with beef) - 400 g.
  • 🌽 Potatoes - 400 g.
  • 🌽 Carrots - 150 g.
  • 🌽Onion - 150 g.
  • 🌽 Bulgarian pepper - 100 g.
  • 🌽 Peppercorns - 3-4 pcs.
  • 🌽 Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
  • 🌽 A bunch of dill or parsley
  • 🌽Vegetable oil
  • 🌽Salt
  • 🌽 Ground Pepper

How to make Potato Meatball Soup

  • 🌽 Mince salt, pepper and mix.
  • 🌽From minced meat we make small balls-meatballs.
  • 🌽 Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or straws. Add potatoes to boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry until soft in vegetable oil.
  • 🌽Cut the carrot into small cubes and add to the fry to the onion. Mix and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  • 🌽 Then add the diced peppers. Let’s mix. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • 🌽To the potatoes that we cook, carefully add the meatballs. Cook for 15-20 min. Remove the resulting foam.
  • 🌽 Then add the fried vegetables, bay leaf, peppercorns. Salt to taste and bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the fire and let the soup brew.
  • 🌽Serve potato soup with meatballs with finely chopped greens.
