Ingredients for buckwheat soup

  • 🌽 Potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • 🌽Chicken ham (any other part of the chicken) - 1 pc.
  • 🌽 Buckwheat - 0.5 tbsp.
  • 🌽 Bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • 🌽 Onion - 1 pc.
  • 🌽 Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • 🌽Carrot - 1 pc.
  • 🌽 Allspice - 4 pcs.
  • 🌽 Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • 🌽 Fresh dill - small bunch
  • 🌽 Garlic - 1 clove
  • 🌽Salt

How to cook buckwheat soup

  • 🌽 To prepare the broth, take a chicken ham and wash it well, put it in a 2-liter saucepan, add 4-5 peas of allspice, a pinch of salt, bay leaf, peeled garlic clove - pour all this with cold water. Cook the broth over low heat for 40-50 minutes. During the boil, remove the foam.
  • 🌽 Cut the onion into cubes, and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • 🌽 Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
  • 🌽 We sort the buckwheat groats and rinse well in cold water.
  • 🌽When the broth is cooked, we pull the chicken out of it, sort it out and return it to the broth again.
  • 🌽 Then add potatoes and buckwheat. Cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
  • 🌽 As soon as the potatoes are cooked, we throw the frying into the soup, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 🌽Sprinkle buckwheat soup with herbs and serve.
