Ice cream from Nutella
Duet cottage cheese dessert is a vivid example of the fact that cooking can become the basis for creativity. In this recipe, we combine cooking and drawing. The dessert turns out to be festive, you can safely prepare it for the arrival of guests.
And if you show enough imagination, then each guest will get his own “picture” and it will be possible to compete who is more interesting. Dessert is very useful, because the main ingredient of this dessert is a natural source of calcium - cottage cheese.
Ingredients for curd dessert “Duet”
- 🍌 Boiled water - 25 g.
- 🍌 Gelatin - 3 tbsp. l.
- 🍌 Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l.
- 🍌 Sugar - 10 g.
- 🍌 Vanilla sugar - 200 g.
- 🍌 Condensed milk - 400 g.
- 🍌Sour Cream
- 🍌 Cottage cheese - 400 g.
How to cook a curd dessert “Duet”
To prepare a dessert, it is advisable to take homemade cottage cheese, but not too dry, sour cream (you can take it with the lowest fat content if you are on a diet), condensed milk, sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar and a bag of gelatin, a little cocoa powder.
Pour gelatin with very warm boiled water and leave for 15 minutes so that it swells and completely dissolves. If the gelatin has not dissolved, it can be slightly warmed up over minimal heat, stirring constantly, but in no case should it boil.
While the gelatin swells, there is no need to waste time. In a saucepan with high sides, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, regular sugar and vanilla sugar.
Blend the ingredients in a bowl with a blender until smooth.
Pour the dissolved gelatin into the resulting mass and beat again with a blender. The result should be a mixture of the consistency of liquid sour cream.
Pour half of the mixture into a separate bowl and leave, it is ready. Add cocoa powder to the rest.
Blend the cocoa mixture with a blender.
And now prepare a “canvas for drawing.” First, pour 2 tablespoons of the white mixture into a small round bowl, then pour 2 tablespoons of the cocoa mixture exactly in the middle.
Continue alternately pouring 2 tablespoons of the white and brown mixture until the bowl is full. Try to pour strictly in the center to get colored rings.
The fun begins - fantasize and draw! The classic version of the drawing is done like this: using a toothpick, draw lines from the center to the edges of the dessert, as shown in the photo by arrows. Thus, a pattern with rays is obtained.
Between the drawn rays, draw lines in the opposite direction, that is, from the edge of the dessert to the center.
Put a contrasting dot in the center of the dessert and send to freeze in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
