  • 🍌 Cottage cheese - 500 g.
  • 🍌 Eggs - 2-3 pcs.
  • 🍌 Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  • 🍌 Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • 🍌 Semolina - 3 tbsp. l.
  • 🍌Apricots - 10-12 pcs.
  • 🍌 Butter - lubricate the mold

How to cook cottage cheese casserole with apricots

  • Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  • Lubricate the mold with butter.
  • 🍌 Beat the eggs with sugar until you get a white foam.
  • 🍌 Grind cottage cheese with vanilla sugar and semolina.
  • 🍌 Gently add the egg mixture to the curd and mix.
  • 🍌 Cut the apricots into two parts, remove the seeds.
  • 🍌Place the finished curd mass in a mold, put apricot halves on top, slightly pressing them into the dough.
  • Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
