Panna cotta with chocolate and orange
panna cotta with chocolate and orange is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever made. I used the classic recipe. Actually, I would prefer to make this heart-shaped dessert for my husband on Valentine’s Day, but since dessert is one of my favorites, I make it often. Try it too! :)
Ingredients for panna cotta with chocolate and orange zest
- 🍌250 grams of fresh cream
- 🍌80 grams of dark chocolate
- 🍌60 grams of sugar
- 🍌5 grams of gelatin
- 🍌Zest of one orange
How to cook panna cotta with chocolate and orange zest
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 10/15 minutes. Chop chocolate and mix with orange zest.
Place the cream and sugar in a saucepan, stir and bring the mixture to a boil. Then add the chocolate and orange zest, stirring vigorously until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add gelatin to the mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the resulting mixture into molds, allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
