Coffee panna cotta
Coffee Pannacotta is prepared within 20 minutes, plus 4 hours in the refrigerator. You can decorate coffee panna cotta with chocolate icing or cocoa powder.
Ingredients for coffee panna cotta
For 6 servings:
- 🍌 Fresh cream - 400 ml.
- 🍌 Milk - 100 ml.
- 🍌Strong coffee - 130 ml.
- 🍌Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- 🍌 Vanilla - 1 pod
- 🍌Gelatin - 10 g.
How to make coffee panna cotta
In a coffee maker, prepare 130 ml. coffee. Soften the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for about ten minutes.
In a saucepan, simmer milk with cream and vanilla bean over low heat. Then take out the vanilla pod, add coffee and sugar.
Turn off the heat, add gelatin and stir.
Pour the mixture into 6 small molds. Then put coffee panacotta in the refrigerator for 4 hours to thicken.
