Ingredients for coffee panna cotta

For 6 servings:

  • 🍌 Fresh cream - 400 ml.
  • 🍌 Milk - 100 ml.
  • 🍌Strong coffee - 130 ml.
  • 🍌Sugar - 5 tablespoons
  • 🍌 Vanilla - 1 pod
  • 🍌Gelatin - 10 g.

In a coffee maker, prepare 130 ml. coffee. Soften the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for about ten minutes.

In a saucepan, simmer milk with cream and vanilla bean over low heat. Then take out the vanilla pod, add coffee and sugar.
